We, M/s. Krishnamoorthy & Krishnamoorthy, Chartered Accountants, having its head office at Paliam Road, Cochin-682 106, had commenced their operations on the 23rd December 1981.
The firm was founded by Late C.Krishnamoorthy, FCA and Late D.Krishnamoorthy, FCA. Subsequently in the year 1994, four more partners joined the firm as full time partners namely Mrs. C.R. Rema, Mr. K.T. Mohanan, Mr. R.Venugopal and Mr. K.J. Narayanan. Subsequently, two more partners- Mrs. Devaprabha R Shenoy, ACA and Mr. Hariprasad B, ACA joined the firm. Thus at present the firm is having 6 (six) partners who are Full time partners of the Firm.
The firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having firm registration number 001488S dated 23/12/1981. The firm has undergone Peer Review by the peer Reviewers selected by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as required as per the SEBI guidelines from the financial year 2005 onwards. Latest Peer review of the Firm has been conducted for the years 2020 to 2023 and the Certificate has been issued on 25th January 2024. Peer Review covers the review the various audit and assurance standards and procedures followed by the firm.
In addition to the partners, who are in full time service of the firm, there are two Qualified Assistants; fifteen paid Semi-qualified Assistants and more than 50 Articled Assistants. They are well trained and proficient in all aspects of taken up by the Firm assignments. They have the support of modern and sophisticated infrastructure including computers.
Our team of well experienced and motivated personnel have gained in-depth experience in providing multitude of services, consisting of Statutory Audits, Due Diligence Audits, Internal audits, Direct tax planning and compliance, indirect tax matters, compliance with Reserve Bank of India regulations, Company Secretarial matters etc.
We also have a competent pool of professionals like Lawyers, Company Secretaries, IT Professionals etc. in our Panel of Consultants, from whom expert advises are obtained on assignment basis as and when required, to provide cutting edge for finding solutions to the problem of our clients.

Our Firm was one among the joint auditors who undertook the Central Statutory audit of State Bank of India for the period from 2009-10 to 2011-12.
